Hi! I’m Coach Jordan.

My name is Jordan Foster and I have coached baseball and softball since 2011 at the recreational, travel, high school, and collegiate levels. In high school, I was an above-average athlete with below-average discipline and information. Sound familiar?

As an adult, strength training has changed my life and mindset, making me a better athlete than I ever was in my days of competition. I founded Diamond Strength University to share these insights with 8th-12th grade athletes who know they can achieve great things and want to play at the college level!

In addition, I am passionate about sport psychology and the impact of the discipline on character development and performance. It’s an integral part of my program and part of our everyday accountability.

What I Offer

A CUSTOM, virtual 16-week strength training curriculum, including:
